Job Summary: The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. This role involves the development, maintenance, and enhancement of management information systems (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Basic Excel, Advance Excel, V lookup, H lookup Conditional formatting, Pivot table, MIS Report, dashboard Professional email, Excel Functions & formulas and Charts.
2. Proficiency in database management, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and SQL.
3. Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to produce comprehensive reports.
4. Report Generation: Develop regular and ad-hoc reports for management to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
5. System Maintenance: Ensure the effective functioning of management information systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored MIS solutions.
7. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
8. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures, and systems to support future reference and training.
9. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and automation within the MIS. Collaborate with departments to streamline data collection and reporting processes.

1. Compliance: Ensure data integrity and security by adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
2. Proven experience in MIS or data analysis roles. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
