Key Skills-
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of customer retention strategies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer strategies and enhance service delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client status, feedback, and trends to inform management decisions.
- Customer Retention: Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty, implementing programs to enhance customer experience.
- Training & Support: Provide clients with guidance and training on product usage and features to maximize their value.
