Expe: 4-6 years, (QA, QC), Salary: - 4-6 LPA No Bar for Deserving Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and processes to ensure that all jewelry products meet quality standards and specifications.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality analysts and inspectors. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure effective performance and professional development.
3. Quality Control: Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products. Ensure that quality control procedures are adhered to and that any defects or issues are identified and addressed promptly.
4. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve quality control processes and procedures. Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, GIA). Stay updated on relevant quality standards and adjust practices accordingly.
6. Problem Solving: Investigate quality issues and product defects, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed quality reports and metrics to senior management. Highlight key quality trends, performance indicators, and areas for improvement.
8. Supplier Quality: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet quality standards. Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to maintain quality throughout the supply chain.
9. Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and returns to identify recurring quality issues. Develop and implement strategies to address customer concerns and enhance product satisfaction.
10. Proficiency in quality management software and tools. Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools is a plus.
11. Document inspection results system and provide internal, cross-functional partners with repair options and costs to provide to customer.

·Daily basis communication with Merchandiser in regarding production/Development matters.

· Handling inspections in softline, hardline and home textile, jewellery.

·Collecting required data during inspection and recording it accordingly.

·Following clients reporting structure and keeping them informed about any deficiency.

·Handled many buyers’ inspections and nominated inspector for many buyers. Role in Previous Organization:

·Visiting factory units and job workers for better follow up and Quality assurance.

·To check new developments, production/samples as per buyer’s requirements.
