· Must be strong in follow-up calls to clients and prospects after initial contact to gather feedback and provide additional information.

· Candidate should be strong in managing paperwork throughout the entire process, including documenting call details, client responses, and any required actions in the CRM system.

· Candidate should Be Process orientation is an approach that helps organizations increase their own efficiency.

· Following up from CAM process to shipment process. /Must have full process knowledge about jewelry manufacturing process.

· Process problem analysis and solution. Must have basic knowledge of jewelry manufacturing,

· After QC I check the product whether all product parameters are ok or not. / Must have some QC knowledge also.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the entire NPD process, including planning, timeline management. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

· evaluation of prototypes to ensure functionality, durability, and quality. Address any issues that arise and make necessary adjustments.

· Ensure that the first set of proto are received as per the design provided by client

· Overseeing the design process, providing guidance and feedback to CRM to ensure that concepts are translated into technically feasible
