Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (Jewelry Industry,B2B)

Key Skills-

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  2. Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
  3. Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Knowledge of customer retention strategies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. International Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  3. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer strategies and enhance service delivery.
  5. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client status, feedback, and trends to inform management decisions.
  6. Customer Retention: Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty, implementing programs to enhance customer experience.
  7. Training & Support: Provide clients with guidance and training on product usage and features to maximize their value.
