Job Title: New Product Development (NPD) Manager

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

·Trend Analysis & Market Research, Strong understanding of market trends in the jewelry industry and ability to translate them into innovative product designs.

·Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

·Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality jewelry products.

·Merchandising Planning for Regional Products, Mapping the current universe of regional products.

·Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions and research to generate innovative ideas for new jewelry products. Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product development.

·Design Collaboration: Work with the design team to translate concepts into detailed designs. Provide feedback on prototypes and ensure that designs meet quality standards and production capabilities.

1. Project Management: Oversee the entire NPD process, including planning, timeline management, and resource allocation. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences. Utilize insights to drive product innovation and enhance competitive positioning.
3. Range-planning for regional products: Identifying the gaps in the current universe, based on customer, community understanding as well as competitive indexing. Accordingly, planning for product introduction to ensure that these product gaps are filled
4. Coordinate with the NPD team to ensure that the first set of portions are received as per the design approved - if not ensuring that the feedback is given for correction.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, suppliers, and manufacturers, to ensure timely and accurate execution of product development plans.
6. Overseeing the design process, providing guidance and feedback to designers to ensure that concepts are translated into technically feasible
7. Create the new collection brief for the regional collection with clear deliverables on the product category, cluster, net weight & LC
