The Polisher is responsible for polishing precious metal jewelry pieces, including silver, platinum, and gold by Tiffany and Company to Tiffany quality and production

1. Polish precious jewelry pieces in silver, gold, and platinum, with and without stones, following Tiffany and Company quality and prescribed routing and production standards.
2. Count and record daily production results, verify accuracy of all work orders, bill of materials, and routes. Notify team leader of any discrepancies.
3. Understand the use and effects of various compounds and wheels for the finished polishing.
4. Perform related polishing duties such as, operating lapping machines, racking, and washing products as needed.
5. Work in a team environment maintaining a positive and respectful workplace. Comply with policies and procedures while maintaining professional conduct at all times. Participate and carry out team tasks by assisting co-workers with production, training, and any other team requirements.
